At The Goat Look, we are committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make an exchange, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. Please review our exchange options and guidelines below.
How to Exchange an Item
Contact Us: To start an exchange, please email us at: contact@thegoatlook.com. Include your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
Receive Your Label: A prepaid exchange label will be sent to you within 24-48 business hours. Print the label and securely package your item.
Ship Your Item: Send the item back to us using the prepaid label. Once we receive it, we’ll process your exchange promptly.
Exchange Guidelines:
– Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
– Exchanges are allowed between product categories (e.g., shorts can be exchanged for hoodies or t-shirts) as long as the new item’s value is equivalent to or less than the original purchase price.
– If the value of the new item exceeds the original purchase price, you will be required to pay the difference upfront before the exchange is processed.
– Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
– Only apparel items, such as t-shirts, hoodies, pants, and athleisure wear, are eligible for exchanges.
